Paintball compressors are used to pump air
into paintball markers. Usually, a hose connects the compressor, which usually
sits outside the playing area, to the marker. The air inside the marker is
pressurised by the air compressor, which powers the paintballs propulsion. The
compressor's function is to pressurise the refrigerant in the system and
circulate it, which concentrates the heat that it contains. The low-pressure
gas is converted to high pressure gas at the paintball compressor. Since they
have the lowest RPM on the high pressure air compressor market, they are the
best option for paintball.
